A word from the General Manager
Dear Customers and Partners,
With over 17 years of professional experience as an instructor at the National School of Public Works in Yaoundé, I decided to make the acquisition of technical skills in space sciences accessible to anyone who is motivated and passionate about this field, regardless of their social background, educational background, and/or professional status. As a result, my consulting firm offers highly enriching professional training courses at very affordable rates in several key fields and disciplines related to Geomatics.
For 2026, Géostratégies is offering 12 professional training programs, listed in alphabetical order from A to L. Most courses are 35 hours long and are offered either as a one-week intensive course, a seven-week standard course, or as a fully flexible course with no time constraints.. Some of these programs may offer certification from the Ministry of Vocational Training in Cameroon (MINEFOP); however, this requires a longer commitment from participants, typically around 6 months (7 weeks of classroom instruction in the standard format, or 2 months, plus an additional 16 weeks, or 4 months, to write a final thesis or professional internship report at a host organization).
In 2026, there will be 2 accelerated training sessions, 2 standard training sessions, and 1 open enrollment session, will be held on the following dates :
INTENSIVE COURSES (Nouveauté 2026)
- 2026 Intensive Training Session = July 6–12, 2026 (1 week).
- 2nd Accelerated Training Session 2026 = November 30–December 6, 2026 (1 week).
CLASSIC SESSIONS
- 1st 2026 Standard Training Session = April 7 to May 24, 2026 (7 weeks).
- 2th 2026 Standard Training Session = September 14–November 1, 2026 (7 weeks)
SESSION FULL OPEN (Nouveauté 2026)
This program is limited to courses that can be taken remotely. It will be available starting June 1, 2026. It will allow enrolled learners to study independently online, at their own pace, without constraints regarding time, training days, or schedules, thanks to annual access to step-by-step tutorials and educational resources on the Géostratégies training platform.
